1. Courses & Training Programs

Refunds allowed within 7 days of payment and before the course starts. No refund after commencement. Exceptions may be granted for emergencies with proof and approval.

2. Workshops / Seminars / Events

Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or postponed. If rescheduled, you may attend or request a refund.

3. Internship or Project-Based Programs

No refund after the program starts. 50% refund before start (admin fee deducted).

4. Course Cancellation by Ugyan

If Ugyan cancels a course, a full 100% refund will be issued.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds take 7–10 business days and are returned to the original payment method. Ugyan is not responsible for bank/payment delays.

6. No Refund on Digital Content

Fees for eBooks, PDFs, recorded content, etc., are non-refundable once accessed/downloaded.
